The bad news is these take time and effort. The good news is I found my favorite schwabish recipe book and can help translate my favorite recipes of all time….schupfnudeln and Maultaschen!!
Maultaschen represents your meat pockets like ravioli, and schupfnudeln are close to potato dough noodles. I will post those recipes as I translate them and make sure you understand how to use the correct ingredients.
