The purpose of this web site is to show how you can still enjoy great ethnic foods but not suffer through the American versions just to appease the American palate. Many of the foods from the native point of origin are actually very healthy but have been butchered to accommodate American sensibilities….or lack of.
And don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of great recipes from America, but lets face it, they really don’t cater to the healthier lifestyle approach. So hopefully I can show how to strike that right balance of enjoying food and keeping it healthy.
